ALL appointments require a non-refundable deposit paid either via slick, bank transfer or in store.

We kindly require 48hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, if done within these guidelines the deposit can be transferred ONCE. If not done within these guidelines you will need to repay the deposit to rebook and secure your next appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Lateness will cut into your service time and the full service charge will still apply.

No shows will be required to pay 100% of the service charge.

 

If you are having a colour service you MUST have had a skin test up to 48hours prior to your appointment and for new clients consultation is compulsory.

​

Please arrive with clean dry hair, ensuring all product/ root spray is removed from the hair.

Out of hours appointments maybe available with certain stylist upon request but may require an additional charge.
